Need to check or change your appointment?
You can manage your booking easily by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
From there, you can view, cancel, or reschedule as long as it’s more than 72 hours before your appointment.
If the system won’t let you change it, it’s because you’re inside the 72-hour window — which means my cancellation policy applies, and changes aren’t possible.
