My Policies 

Please take the time to familiarise yourself with RD Beauty's salon policies before booking your appointment to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings. 

November and December Appointments 

They will be on a first come first served basis.

​

 ALL November and December appointments will be FULL PAYMENT to book and will be NONE REFUNDABLE and NONE TRANSFERABLE.

​

As I am sure you can appreciate this is my busiest time of year and I simply WONT have the facilities to be able to reschedule ANY appointments

Cancellation Policy

I have a 72 hour cancellation policy any appointments MUST be cancelled or rearranged at least 72 hours before your appointment time failure to do this will incurred the FULL charge for the services booked (fees paid will be NONE REFUNDABLE with less than 72 hours notice) You will need to book a new appointment via my booking system.

If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and the full service charge will apply.

​

Any amendments to services with less than 72 hours notice will still be charged at originally booked price.

All appointments must be paid in FULL to secure this must be paid within 48 hours of being sent the booking link or the appointment will be released as available.

Client Satisfaction

So that my clients achieve the best results possible before you book I will ask you specific questions to determine the look that you are wanting.

I will also discuss this with you before we begin your treatment and check this during your appointment to avoid any misunderstandings. 

Before leaving the salon you will be asked whether you are happy with the results to ensure that you are completely happy with the results. 

Sadly, I am unable to rectify choices of style colour and shape once you have left the salon as this will be confirmed with you at several times throughout your appointment as well as before leaving. 

No Extra People 

Please DO NOT bring extra people to the salon unless they are also booked in for a service. Space is limited at the salon and I am unable to accommodate extra people.

Please DO NOT bring children to the salon, some of the products that are used for treatments are not suitable for children. Salon equipment is very expensive and all breakages must be paid for.

Please respect my neighbours 

Please park at the side of the house and be mindful not to block any driveways 

​

When you arrive please use come the front of the house and come straight round the back using the side gate.

Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for all tinting services such as eyelash and eyebrow tinting, henna brows, brow lamination, lash lifting, and spray tanning. 

​

This is an insurance requirement and must be done at least 48 hours prior to your first treatment with RD Beauty.

​

A patch test lasts for 6 months

​

Please be aware that reactions can still occur at any time even when a patch test has been done.
