I have put together a list of the most frequently asked questions to help you all find the information that you need without having to wait for me to respond to messages.
All of this information is available on my website this helps me dedicate more time to my clients and my business.
Of course if you have a question that is not listed please don’t hesitate to contact me further and I will try to respond as soon as possible.
What are your working hours?
My opening hours are as follows please book using my online booking system.
No walk ins please.
I DO NOT offer evening or weekend appointments
Where are you based?
I am based in Midway, Swadlincote

Are you Mobile?
I am a home based private salon I DO NOT offer a Mobile service.
What treatments do you offer and what are the prices?
Please check my treatment information on my website All prices are on here so please take the time to look at my prices.
If the treatment you are looking for is not listed on my website sadly, it is not something that I am currently able to offer.
Do I need a patch test?
A patch test is required for ALL of the following treatments they last for 6 months
Eyebrow Tint, Brow Lifting/Lamination, Eyelash Lifting and Tinting.
Please book this at least 48 hours before any of these services (NO treatment can be done without this)
What is your availability?
All of my availability is on my booking system so that you can book 24 hours a day.
Unfortunately, if the date or time that you are looking for is not shown on my booking system this means that I am unavailable at that time the booking system will automatically take you to my next available appointment.
Do you remove or infill other nail tech’s work?
I do NOT infill or remove other nail tech’s work, this is because damage may have been caused to the natural nail bed by a previous nail technician
I also do not know what products have previously been used.
How do I book?
I ONLY accept bookings via my booking system
